Hayden has really enjoyed his surfer like golden locks and has had the same look for more than a few years now. Every time I would trim it would be traumatic for him and I would have to promise not to go too short. Well, I've been telling him he should try something different and the beginning of summer is the perfect time because if he doesn't like it he would have time to grow it out before school starts. So after a week or two of thinking about it Hayden decided to go for it. I knew I didn't have the expertise to do a good job so we took him to Sports Clips.

And here he is after! It turned out great and he really likes it!
Everywhere he goes people are shocked at the change in his look. Hayden was afraid his hair would be dark underneath, but as you can see he is still a blonde.
He also likes using 'product' to style it and do a little flip at the front.

He looks so different. I like it. I can't believe how grown up your kids are. It hasn't been that long since we left. I love the cooking party. What a great idea.
